Electric File Certified Instructors, Certified Educators, Certified Nail Technicians.

Charisma Nail Innovations’ Electric File division was created by the President and co-Founder of the company, Lysa Comfort. Lysa is a world renowned educator and is one of the most highly regarded experts in Electric Filing in our industry. She designed the Electric File Program to provide any student with the skills and confidence necessary to use an electric file safely and properly.

We offer a variety of classes that include:

• 4 Hour Introduction Class- This class is designed to introduce electric filing to those who have little or no education about electric filing. This class is also designed to inform those who are interested in Charisma’s line of electric file products and hands on education.
• 8 Hour Hands on Class- This is a hands on class designed to educate electric filing to those who are interested in using an electric file in the salon and would like to learn basic techniques to save time. It is also good for nail technicians who use an electric file already but have not had any formal education on how to use it.
• 2 Day Certification Course- This is a hands on course designed to educate the user in all of the most commonly used electric file procedures including preparation, shaping and refining, back fills, shortening and finish work. At the end of the 2 day course an exam is administered and any student who passes the exam receives a Certificate of Completion that includes a permanent registration number which is then posted on the official Charisma site in order to provide authentication. There are 3 levels of certification;
• Instructor- the highest level of educator we have at Charisma. They are the only peopled who can certify a Charisma Educator. 
• Educator- These people are trained and certified to teach all nail students. An Educator can administer 2 Day Course Exams and Registration numbers.
• Certified Nail Technician- These are students who have completed the Electric File 2 Day Course and passed the exam. These nail techs have the necessary skill to use and operate an Electric File safely and efficiently.

Here at Charisma it is our belief that some day consumers will attend a salon or studio based on the continued education of the nail technician. We owe it to our clientele, our industry and our selves to provide the safest, most time conscious and aesthetically pleasing service possible.
